This task ignores any deployed bundles not containing the 'monthly' hook.
This task needs to be added to the cron table to execute monthly. The cron entry should execute bw taskrun monthly using the 'bw' executable inside the BundleWorks work directory. This 'bw' automatically loads BundleWorks before executing a command.
