BundleWorks is written mostly in Java™ with some shell scripts for OS integration. It will run on any platform that supports Java 1.5 or greater and has a standard POSIX shell (bash and ksh, for example). BundleWorks is not currently compatible with the C-shell (csh) or its descendants (like tcsh).

The next release of BundleWorks (Q1 2008) will extend platform support to Windows XP, Vista, and 2003 Server.
